You think you're the one gifting the empathy project - but after a while you realize the gift is very much for you also. I've learned so much lived wisdom from TEPping others... So much more powerful than wisdom from a book or movie because you see that wisdom lived in the real context of a person's life, someone you really know. And you see the real impact in their lives, for better and for worse. And because of that you live a better life yourself.

I’m feeling giddy. I enjoyed it very much. I thought it would be something good for our millennial employees but look at the two of us... Thank you for bringing this up… I don’t think about these things… It’s very hard to define happiness but I think you helped me do just that…baka maiyak ako dito...

At first nanlalamig ako, kasi even if I know that this is part of a project I'm not sure what to expect. But as the conversation went along ang sarap sa pakiramdam kasi may nangangamusta. It feels like even despite the pandemic I am able to create connections and tell my story.

I really liked the content, the substance was very good even for us millennials, I believe that TEP can work for anyone regardless of age.

The Empathy Project brings the truth out of the people. The conversation brings focus back to person and allows them to better prioritize the things that will make me happy. It's very impactful - especially to those who are not self-aware.

I love how the questions lead to storytelling. I love listening to stories especially if the gifted is important to me and very close to my heart. It was relaxing and I feel like I had a pause from my work reality.

It's something I would use to understand the point of view of my customers. This is also a good way for leaders and teams to see who should end up working on specific projects that they actually care about. Overall, it's very nice and I haven't seen anything like this.

It's a way to assess my self also kasi di chismisan ang kwentuhan. May laman ung mga tanong at mapapaisip ka talaga. Isipin mo kahit di kita sobrang kakilala, nakapag-share pa rin ako at gusto ko pang magkwento.

A meaningful experience... I was able to share things that I don't usually talk about and I felt that someone is listening and interested in my life.

It helped me see my life as a big picture but also as many different smaller pieces. I can really say compared to 6 months ago that so much of my life has become better and healthier. But I also saw that one part that I need to work on.

It is like a Life Track Checker. It's a powerful introspection tool. It allows me to introspect on what matters most.

I felt valued, I felt important in a deep way that needs to happen more often in daily life.

To be honest I wished for more. Parang bitin. I want more kwentuhan.

I felt much closer to myself and also to the other person. Which is weird because we are already as close as you can get.

I know a lot of friends who will benefit from this and who would find this helpful, esp. those at the same age who are going through pre-midlife crisis. It’s a good way to help them to open up and get to know them better without really forcing the topics (esp. since some of these topics are not brought up organically).

I would TEP my friends as well. It just like a good tool to use to reconnect with someone who I haven't spoken to in a long time, or to simply explore my friendship with a close friend a little deeper than usual.
